On Our Way to Cooler Climes

Thought I would give a quick update before we head out for our first big family vacation. We are going to Maine for cousin Sarah's wedding. We are also going to stop in Boston to see Aunt Christine on our way. This will be Wyatt's first plane ride. We'll see how it goes. We are taking the car seat so at least we can have him stay in one place on the plane. Packing has been its own adventure. Wyatt has been doing well. He is enjoying the Seahorse room. He spends most of his day listening to Mr. Kenny play guitar, playing outside, and finger painting. We had been loaning the clothes that he outgrows to Baby Joe, but this round may be shot. Almost everything has at least one green paint stain despite my efforts to use stain remover on every piece of clothing. Price you gotta pay for fun. Wyatt has been saying a lot of new words. Most would not be comprehensible to an outsider, but we are able to understand a lot of what he says. The only word combination that I have heard is "get down"; he hears that a lot! Otherwise not too much going on, just enjoying the cooler weather and ready for vacation. We'll see you in a couple weeks.
