May Days

Here is an update on Wyatt's busy late-Spring schedule. It consists mainly of watching Daddy work very hard (and trying to help wherever he can), playing at the Splash Pad in Pease Park, running around in the nude, and visiting with Grandparents. He mixes it up here and there, but those things keep him busy. Constructing his "airplane" with Daddy's blocks. Ross built us a beautiful new fence and Wyatt tried to help as much as possible. Wyatt and Daddy built all sorts of small structures with the left over materials. Wyatt told me this was his airplane.
Couch peek-a-boo with Gigi is fun.
Watching Daddy working on the fence. Outside in 100 degree heat being swarmed by mosquitoes. Still entertaining, though.
We go the park A LOT. There are two very near our house so we kind of alternate. Pease Park has a splash pad so it gets a lot of use. On Saturday and Sunday we usually go the park twice a day. Above is a picture of the splash pad that Wyatt took.
Wyatt playing with all his sun gear on.
Playing the baby game with Daddy. We wrap him up and pretend he is a baby. He likes the game, but when it is over he tells us, "not a baby. I big boy." So true.
Taking a break in Josie's bed. Yes, he rips his diaper off a lot. I keep telling myself this is the path to potty training, but I am not really convinced of it. He has a potty and refuses to use it for any purpose except as a stepping stool :(
