Ross has been working nearly non-stop to get the upstairs done. He is making good progress and it is really starting to look good. I don't think it will be done before the baby arrives, but I'm not too worried about it. The baby can use a little sleeper next to our bed and her dresser/changing table is already in our room loaded with clothes and diapers and ready to go. That's about all you need for a newborn. Wyatt's room is going to be super nice and I am very excited to see it all finished out.

Loft up top. Ross reused the original wood that was under the dry wall. He's going to leave it unfinished and I think it is going to be very cool for a little boy clubhouse bedroom.

Spacious new closet. This will our family closet, though it is in Wyatt's room. Storage for winter clothes, linens, and Christmas decorations. What a luxury! Wyatt has his own big closet on the other side of the room. The closets were built into the attic space, so they are "extra" and don't reduce the size of the room.

Wyatt's built-in toy cabinets that Ross's cousin Buck made.

The top of the wall will be the ship lap siding and the bottom will be wainscoting, which Ross is just starting to build.

Built-in book shelves that will be at the end of Wyatt's bed. His room will have space for two twin beds plus the loft bed so he can have sleep overs.
